BERSOU
Erik

Bersou Erik, born in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) in 1953, is a painter and engraver of the Channel. Born in Ivory Coast, he grew up in Lapalisse (Allier), then he studied at the School of Decorative Arts in Paris, engraving style. Graduated in 1978, he worked as a writer, painter, illustrator and typographer. He teaches printmaking and drawing in 1981. It opens a screen printing workshop in 1988 in Alençon (Orne) in 1991 and founded his publishing house, Gravos Press Publishing. In 2003, he moved to Cérences in a former supermarket and a hotel restaurant, where he exhibited his paintings and etchings.
