Belgeonne Gabriel, born in Gerpinnes Belgium in 1935, writer (etching, wood, lithography), painter, author of tapestry and stained glass. In 1963, he graduated from the Academy of Mons (Hainaut). He practices a painting he gave up in 1964. He met Gustave Marchoul and discovered engraving.
